One Chicago Square is a development proposed in the River North neighborhood of Chicago. The complex would contain two towers connected by a central base. If completed, the taller of the two towers would be the sixth-tallest structure in Chicago, although a final height has not been determined and a spire may be added to the design. At an initial meeting about the plans, members of the neighborhood expressed apprehension about the likely increase in traffic
