
Mushroom Capsicum curry: Mushroom capsicum is a simple flavourable curry. It can be eaten with chapathi, dos, idli and egg omelette as a side dish. Ingredients: 200g mushroom 1 bowl mixed capsicum 1 Tblsp butter 1/2 tsp mustard seeds 1 onion chopped 1 tomato chopped 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 1/2 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp garam masala coriander leaves chopped for masala powder to grind: 2 Tblsp roasted peanuts 1 Tblsp cashew nuts 1/2 tsp fennel seeds Direction: Grind the ingredients under masala powder and keep it aside. Heat butter in a pan and add mustard seeds to splutter. Add onion and fry the add tomato and fry for 2 -3 mins. Add turmeric, chilli powder and salt. Add mushroom , stir and add little water, cover the pan for 2-3 mins to cook. Add capsicum, stir, cook for 2 mins. Add the ground powder and the curry became thick now. Add garam masala and stir well, and garnish with coriander leaves.
