For a change we eat eggs with salad is very interesting. You can take it as a breakfast or lunch meal and a good choice for Low carb/Paleo/ Keto dieters. Ingredients: 3 boiled egg Lettuce/ cabbage grated of your choice for veg mix: 2 Tbsp mayonnaise ½ tsp pepper powder 1 tsp lemon juice 1 cup cucumber ½ cup grated carrot ½ cup diced tomatoes coriander leaves Direction: https://youtu.be/5IRx9zlEMOk First to make the veg mix combine all the ingredients into a bowl, mix well. Add the vegetables into the bowl and mix together. Before using the vegetables keep the veg in the refrigerator for 30 mins to get cool veg salad. Take the boiled eggs and cut vertically into 4 pieces each. Arranging the salad: Take a small wide bowl. Place the lettuce/ cabbage as a base, spread to the whole bowl. Spread few spoons of veg mix and on top the eggs. Keep the veg at one side and serve chilled.
