It was very soft, little fluffy, satisfied mind with the combination of coriander chutney and paleo idli podi. Crumble the paneer . Grind the coconut without water. Combine all the above together to get a thick dough like batter, divide into 4 equal portions. Apply ghee to a idli mould and place one portion in each cavity. Steam for 8-10 mins and keep for 5 mins until the heat reduces. Serve with coconut chutney, paleo idli podi or sambar whatever you desire.
