
Paleo Meal 1 : Paleo meal is an idea for a combination of paleo food to take. I have given a meal with recipe and with macros at the end of the video. The content of the meal is as follows: Paleo Roasted pumpkin soup Paleo omelette rice Paleo egg omelette lemon juice salted Paleo mayonnaise salad Macros: Macros per serving : (total 2 servings) Total calories : 392 kcal Carb 14.4g protien 14.6g Fat 30g Paleo Meal 1 : Paleo Roasted pumpkin soup Paleo omelette rice Paleo egg omelette lemon juice salted Paleo mayonnaise salad Macros: Macros per serving : (total 2 servings) Total calories : 392 kcal Carb 14.4g protein 14.6g Fat. 30g Paleo Roasted Pumpkin soup: 200 g Pumpkin chopped 30g / 2 Tbsp butter 40g / a small carrot chopped 1 onion chopped 2-3 garlic cloves 90ml milk 1 tsp pepper powder Salt Direction: Heat butter in a pan over medium heat. Add onion and sauté for half a min then add carrot. Add garlic sauté for a while and then add pumpkin into it and roast in low flame for 4-5 mins. Let it get roasted well and turned dark brown in color. Once roasted add 2 cups of water and let it boil. Switch off the flame and wait for 10 mins to get the mixture cool down. Blend it well to a fine texture. Add milk, pepper powder and salt and boil it. Serve hot. ************************************************************* Paleo omelette rice: Ingredients: 200g cauliflower 4 tsp ghee 1 onion chopped 1 small tomato chopped 1/4 capsicum green chopped 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1 tsp chilli powder 1/2 tsp curry masal powder Salt Direction : Heat ghee in a pan over medium heat. Add onion , tomato , capsicum one by one and fry. Add turmeric, chilli powder and salt, mix. Grate the cauliflower and add it into the pan, stir well. Cover the pan for a while over low heat and let the cauliflower get cooked. Sprinkle water if necessary. The rice is ready. Omelette: Beat 3 eggs with salt and make 2 omelettes and keep it aside. Arranging the plates: Take a small bowl and use it as a mould for the rice and cover it with a omelette. Keep a spoon of mayonnaise on top.
