
CoCo smoothie: This is a sugarless healthy drink. Coconut is an wonderful food. It has many benefits. The coco smoothie taste is beyond the world. Try this , you will come to know about it. Ingredients : 3/4 cup grated coconut 1 tender coconut 1 tsp vanilla essence Direction: Add 1/2 cup of water into coconut and grind it in a mixer then filter the thick coconut milk, keep it aside. Take the tender coconut water and keep it aside. Remove the tender coconut meat and keep it aside. Blend the tender coconut meat to a fine paste and add the tender coconut water into it and blend. You will get a fine textured smoothie. Add vanilla essence and stir well. Now take a tall glass , pour the coconut water if any then pour the smoothie over it. Add the coconut meat and ice cubes.
